Data Protection

Ark is the ‘data controller’ for the purposes of data protection law.

Under data protection law, individuals have a right to be informed about how the Trust and its schools use any personal data that we hold about them. We comply with this right by providing ‘privacy notices’ (sometimes called ‘fair processing notices’) to individuals where we are processing their personal data.

Subject Access Request

You have the right under Data Protection legislation to ask for a copy of any information held about you by our Trust, and this is called a Subject Access Request (SAR). If you would like to submit a SAR, please click here.

Freedom of Information (FOI) Request

A Freedom of Information (FOI) request gives you access to data held by or about an organisation. To submit a FOI request, please click here. Please note that submitting a FOI request will not give you access to your own personal data or that of anyone else.
